Esta web sirve para dar a conocer la Casa rural A.Berri y para pedir reserva. Quien la usa se compromete a hacerlo de buena fe y a dar datos verdaderos en las solicitudes.
Reservas
Lo que se manda desde la web es una solicitud: no hay pago en la web y la reserva solo queda confirmada cuando os contestamos que sí. Los precios que aparecen son orientativos e incluyen el IVA; el precio definitivo os lo confirmamos al aceptar la reserva, junto con la forma de pago y las condiciones de la estancia.
Procuramos que la información de la web sea correcta y esté al día, pero puede haber errores puntuales: ante cualquier duda, confirmadla con nosotros. No respondemos del contenido de las webs de terceros a las que enlazamos (por ejemplo, Google o TripAdvisor).
Ley aplicable
Esta web se rige por la ley española. Para cualquier conflicto serán competentes los juzgados y tribunales que correspondan según la ley; si sois consumidores, los de vuestro domicilio.

Qué datos recogemos
Los del formulario de reserva: nombre, teléfono, email, número de personas, fechas, alojamiento y el mensaje que queráis añadir.
Para evitar envíos masivos guardamos, junto a cada solicitud, una huella cifrada de la dirección IP que no permite saber cuál era.
Si nos escribís por WhatsApp, teléfono o email, los datos que nos deis en esa conversación.
Para qué los usamos
Contestar vuestra solicitud y, si se confirma, gestionar la reserva y la estancia.
Contestaros por email, teléfono o WhatsApp para confirmar la reserva o proponeros otras fechas.
No mandamos publicidad, no hacemos perfiles y no tomamos decisiones automáticas con vuestros datos.
Legitimación
La aplicación de medidas precontractuales y el contrato de alojamiento que pedís (art. 6.1.b RGPD). Al llegar, los datos que la ley obliga a registrar a los alojamientos turísticos (registro de viajeros) se piden en persona, por obligación legal (art. 6.1.c RGPD).
Cuánto tiempo los guardamos
Las solicitudes que no acaban en reserva se borran en un plazo de 12 meses. Los datos de las reservas, el tiempo necesario para la estancia y, después, durante los plazos que exigen las obligaciones fiscales y legales.
Quién más los ve
No cedemos vuestros datos a nadie, salvo obligación legal. Para que la web funcione usamos este proveedor, que solo trata los datos por encargo nuestro:
Cloudflare, Inc.: alojamiento de la web y de la base de datos de solicitudes.
Puede tratar datos en Estados Unidos, con las garantías del Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. y las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea.

Podéis pedir acceso a vuestros datos, que los corrijamos o los borremos, oponeros o limitar su uso y pedir su portabilidad, escribiendo a a.berri@hotmail.com. Si creéis que no los tratamos bien, podéis reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

This website presents Casa rural A.Berri and lets you request a booking. Users agree to use it in good faith and to give true details in their requests.
Bookings
What you send from the website is a request: nothing is paid online and the booking is only confirmed when we reply yes. Prices shown are approximate and include VAT; we confirm the final price, the payment method and the conditions of your stay when we accept the booking.
We try to keep the information on this website correct and up to date, but there may be occasional mistakes: if in doubt, please check with us. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to (such as Google or TripAdvisor).
Applicable law
This website is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts that are competent by law; for consumers, those of their place of residence.

What data we collect
The details in the booking form: name, phone, email, number of guests, dates, accommodation and any message you add.
To prevent mass submissions we store, with each request, an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address that does not reveal what it was.
If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, the details you give us in that conversation.
What we use it for
To answer your request and, if confirmed, to manage your booking and stay.
To reply by email, phone or WhatsApp to confirm your booking or suggest other dates.
We don't send advertising, build profiles or make automated decisions with your data.
Legal basis
Steps prior to entering into the accommodation contract you request, and the contract itself (art. 6.1.b GDPR). On arrival, the details that the law requires tourist accommodation to register (guest register) are collected in person, as a legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
How long we keep it
Requests that do not end in a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking data is kept for as long as the stay requires and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax and legal obligations.
Who else sees it
We don't share your data with anyone unless the law requires it. To run the website we use this provider, who only processes data on our behalf:
Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting of the website and of the requests database.
It may process data in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use and request its portability by writing to a.berri@hotmail.com. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and loads nothing from third parties until you ask for it, which is why we don't ask for your consent when you arrive.
It only stores in your browser the language you choose, so it opens in that language next time. You can delete it in your browser settings.
